1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a reservation with ToGoLimo.net or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

ToGoLimo.net provides luxury chauffeur and transportation services including airport transfers, corporate travel, hourly chauffeur services, wedding transportation, and special event services in the Atlanta metropolitan area and Southeast region.

3. Reservations

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard services and 72 hours for special events.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, times, and contact information.
• Changes to confirmed reservations must be communicated at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices quoted are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Prices may include base rates, wait time, tolls, parking fees, and applicable taxes.
• Payment is required to confirm your reservation. We accept major credit cards.
• Additional charges may apply for excessive wait times, extra stops, or extended services beyond the original booking.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to:

• Treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect
• Refrain from smoking, vaping, or consuming illegal substances in our vehicles
• Not engage in any illegal activity during the service
• Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during service

We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if passenger conduct violates these terms, without refund.

6. Wait Time Policy

• Airport Pickups: Complimentary 60-minute wait time from flight arrival for domestic flights, 90 minutes for international flights.
• General Pickups: Complimentary 15-minute grace period from the scheduled pickup time.
• Additional wait time is billed at the hourly rate in 15-minute increments.

7. Liability

While we carry appropriate insurance coverage and take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety, ToGoLimo.net's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Lost Property

ToGoLimo.net is not responsible for items left in vehicles. If you believe you have left an item, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return your property, but cannot guarantee recovery.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
