Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Standard Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our chauffeurs who reserve time for your service.
24+ Hours Before Pickup
Full refund - No cancellation fee
12-24 Hours Before Pickup
50% refund - 50% cancellation fee
4-12 Hours Before Pickup
25% refund - 75% cancellation fee
Less Than 4 Hours Before Pickup
No refund - Full charge applies
Special Events and Weddings
Due to the specialized nature of wedding and large event bookings, different cancellation terms apply:
- 30+ days before event: Full refund minus $100 administrative fee
- 14-30 days before event: 50% refund
- 7-14 days before event: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days before event: No refund
Modifications
Need to change your reservation? We are happy to accommodate modifications when possible:
- Date/time changes: Free if made 24+ hours before original pickup time
- Vehicle upgrades: Subject to availability and price difference
- Route changes: May affect pricing; please contact us for details
- Passenger count changes: Vehicle restrictions may apply
No-Shows
A reservation is considered a no-show if:
- The passenger cannot be contacted and does not appear at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time (or applicable grace period for airport pickups)
- The passenger refuses service upon arrival of the chauffeur
No-shows are charged the full reservation amount with no refund.

Please have your confirmation number ready when contacting us. Cancellations are effective upon confirmation from our team.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a reservation due to:
- Severe weather conditions affecting safety
- Vehicle mechanical issues (alternative vehicle will be provided when possible)
- Emergency circumstances beyond our control
If we must cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
